Melvin is a partner in Messrs. Low & Zhi Associates experienced in handling litigation and family dispute matters. His practice areas include estate planning and probate, civil litigation, landlord/tenant dispute, debt recovery and fraud claims. He has experience in dealing with construction disputes, contractual disputes, strata management disputes, corporate disputes, debt recovery, employment disputes, tort disputes, defamation and other general litigation briefcases. Besides that, he also regularly provides corporate and commercial advices to our clients as well as drafting corporate and commercial agreements.
